Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a 3.5% non-refundable service fee for all orders that are cancelled or returned.
- Returns are calculated based on the original payment minus all shipping costs and a 15% restock fee applies to new equipment/supplies (inclusive of 3.5% service fee) that have been used and not returned in the original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned product.
If your product is found to be defective right out of the box, please report the issue within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for repair or replacement. After 30 days, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or negligence. Examples of non-covered damages include items that have been dropped, chewed, tripped over, exposed to water or extreme temperatures, or damaged by broken USB hubs or tangled cords. Products showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repairs are also not eligible for warranty coverage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
